What type of materials do we use?

Our parts are made from iron, steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, depending on the requirements of each project.

What measurements are available for the parts we manufacture?

Our machines can manufacture pieces up to 6000 mm.

What delivery timeframes do we offer?

We are flexible and can adapt to the client, offering a swift response. The delivery timeframe will largely depend on the type of part required. We work 24 hours a day and can respond to emergency situations as quickly as possible.

Our commitment to the environment spurs us on to minimise the amount of waste produced by our activity. At Mezvi, we use professional waste treatment and collection services provided by authorised companies.

What quality do we offer?

Our mechanisation services have been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, issued by BUREAU VERITAS, under the accreditation of ENAC and UKAS.
Our philosophy regarding quality encompasses all the stages of the manufacturing process. Each part is controlled right from the start to the end of production through a series of checks carried out by our operators and the department of quality. We also offer our clients the option of obtaining dimensional and three dimensional reports about the manufactured parts.
